The 5 seasons I spent maintaining perennial gardens with Pat Braley in the Eastern Townships has greatly influenced my approach to landscape design. I think it’s vital to have a personal understanding of what it takes to care for plants. It was incredible to spend so many hours working in such beautiful landscapes. Photos can’t capture the beauty of our work sites and the incredible views we witnessed along the way. Pat taught me to not be too precious, to work hard and to enjoy the work.
